The knobs shown here were designed for 6mm diameter shafts. (Goldpoint Stepped Attenuators and Selector Switches have 6mm (.237") diameter shafts.) If needed, ask us to modify some of them to be usable with 1/4" (.250") diameter shafts. If you want to use knobs which were designed for 1/4" shafts on Goldpoint attenuators or selector switches, it is recommended that you wrap a few layers of thin tape, (such as regular Scotch tape), onto the 6mm shafts to ensure a properly centered fit.
